Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive an item to decide if you wish to return it. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear. However, returns are accepted for jewelry, leather items, belts, and other ready-to-wear items provided they are in their unused, original condition with original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at within the 14-day period. We will respond with the return address and further instructions. Remember, the item needs to be sent back within the 14-day period.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

For international returns, the same policy applies. Be aware that you are responsible for any additional shipping costs, taxes, or other fees.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Without it, we may not be able to process your refund.

As we have limited stock, we cannot offer exchanges. If you desire a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
